This is an important note for everyone--always be cautious on stairs, etc. we think we are stronger than we are sometimes, and in combination with visual issues, falls are a possibility. Our balance is off too. Sometimes I think about having a fancy walking stick.
Wellness ,
I think mg kicks in if we go off balance. The stress kicks in. I tipped over in a kayak and then I felt different than before mg.
Now I live more cautiously.
Live and learn.
Take care

So sorry to hear about your fall!! Glad they got you all put back together. Hope you heal well, and will be back to your old self soon!! MG and clumsy unfortunately go hand in hand!! Best to you for a speedy recovery!
Thank you for writing, what an effort, just to do this.
Did you faint, do you remember?
When I was first diagnosed with MG, I fainted twice, with no warning, while on a walk (mild exercise). Luckily, I was not on a deck like you. It turns out? It was an inner ear infection, combined with chronic fatigue and weakness from MG. A mix of causes.
Sending you warm wishes for a straightforward recovery.
A special prayer too - Ross
