Goodness gracious Dee what a terrible accident , hopefully you will get passed the pain aspect soon and on to a healthy healing . 2 1/2 years ago I fell off an extension ladder at work and tore my distal bicep so I know how you feel .
Get better soon my friend ,
Chris
I'm new to the group but wanted to add my prayers and wishes for a good recovery. You really had a fall! Big hug to you.....and hang in there.....resting as much as possible while your body mends.
I've always thought of myself as a klutz but now that I think about it, I never broke any bones until after the MG symptoms started appearing....so maybe it's more than just klutziness!
My reply disappeared and i don't have your excuse--why do they put the add and cancel so close together for those of us with weak typing and double vision? Add to that unexpected weakness from anywhere and it is a wonder we don't all fall and maybe we do.. I know all the walls and door frames in my house and use them. Before treatment, i had two bad falls outside involving concrete steps and boulders. I agree with Claire that when we start to fall, we have more difficulty breaking the fall and with prednisone on board we may just break the bones. I am so sorry, it sounds awful. Hugs and hopes for rapid healing. b.
