Hi..I know a lot of us have love/hate relationships with prednisone, so I thought I would share a book I just read.
Coping with Prednisone. By Eugenia Zuckerman and Julie Ingelfinger, MD.
It is more of Eugenia's battle with prednisone-- but not for MG. At times it made me laugh because I saw myself in her writing. Especially parts about the conflict of even taking the drug due to its side effects -puffiness, weight, craziness. There were some things I did not know and a few tips I found helpful.
