MG seems to sometimes include swollen tongue. Searching on the internet Myasthenia gravis swollen tongue found several references including some saying that swollen tongue can be a symptom as well as others that said an allergic reaction to Mestinon could also cause swollen tongue. So it appears that either could be the cause. Of course, the best thing to do is to talk to your neuro and see if he/she has an answer.
