That isn't a long of mestinon, but you could also try to reduce the mestinon intake somehow.
I'm new to Daily Strength and this post has been helpful, thank you! My fiance was recently diagnosed with MG and I'm just trying to read as much as I can about it and try to find ways to reduce his discomfort.
He's also on Mestinon as well.
