Haven't you just started on these meds? I think it takes time to develop a kidney stone. I used to think it is really diet related.
I will tell you this, the first one is the worst, after that they're much easier to deal with.
Prednisone can leave us susceptible to urinary tract infections, which also seem to be related to kidney stones.
Passing a kidney stone can be miserable, so finding out what kind of stones you have and following the suggestions for food and drink that may prevent them is worth the effort.
