no gmo's. no red meat as beef,chicken any meat feed with antibiotics,hormones, as they dont go with mg
low your soda intakes, reduce white bread
eat lots of fish (salmon), the red meat allowed as venison, helk, bufalo, chiken grass fed,, pork
lots of veggies, fruits, water with electrollites
this to me has proved the best solution to any diets advertised
