Many hear have had a difficult time getting diagnosed, as there are several different antibodies that can cause MG, and not all of them can be tested. MG can be different for different folks, so hard to say anything clear about your symptoms. The tiredness after morning washing up; the droopy eyelid and tired legs sound like MG.
Sometimes MG is part of many things that are wrong with us. Many of us have more than one autoimmune disease too.
One simple test for the eye lid drooping is called the ice-pack test. You put an ice pack on the drooping eyelid for 2-3 minutes and then take it off and see if the drooping has gone away. Another test is to have a doctor give you a mestinon (pyridostigmine) pill test. Usually if we take 60 mg of it, in about 1/2 hour we feel better and it lasts for about 3-4 hours.
Hope things improve for you and you find out what is happening.
Good Luck, Russ
