I never drive from mid afternoon onwards due to exhaustion. I always limit how long I drive for as well. If I feel too tired or not quite right then I make the decision myself not to drive for periods of time, for my safety and others.
Between phone, family and Internet I've ordered my life so I don't have to go out if I don't want to.

Here in the UK anyone with a neurological disease, including MG, has to declare this to their insurance company and the driving licence authorities (DVLA). That usually means an invitation for a medical. If you get the all-clear a restricted (time) license will be issued.
Bottom line is that it is not a personal choice as to whether or not you consider yourself competent to drive - you need to be independently assessed, failure to have declared MG would be pretty serious should you be involved in an accident.
