I Remember I got stuck coming out of the bath room doorway . Ping-pong
The doctors in our office ask people to do these tests all the time and I have tried every one of them. I can't walk on my tip toes, my heels or toe to toe without stumbling. I don't even drink but I'm afraid if I was pulled over I'd also fail at a DUI check point.

Just tried this.
I did 5 steps, then almost fell over.
I better get a medic-alert tag, like Kimber did!

Thanks for bringing this up as we all could be stopped for something at some point and I do not drink either but now wonder how would I explain my disability to do this task?
Could we explain we have a neurological problem and ask for a breathalizer test instead? Just wondering...Marie
I play half court basketball 4-5 times (15-20 min a day) a week now though. I don't feel this type of walking is much harder for me now than it would have been before MG. I get this test and the heel and toe walking whenever I see my neuro and I have come a long way since onset. I remember struggling mightily!
You have a legitimate point there about police making you walk a line. I thought about it, but the best plan is to not get pulled over and give them a reason to walk that way.
If anyone is concerned about this, they should get a medical alert bracelet to identify themselves as a myasthenic.
Keep at it. It can be used to monitor progress.
I remember not being able to whistle...things have changed over three years on Cellcept.
