larissam-yeah anxiety always finds its way with me. but im getting better at it. ;) Welcome to the group. and im glad your doing okay. i hope it stays that way.
Have you ever been in therapy for anxiety? I was a long time ago, and it helped me, but the problem is that when I don't have any problems for a long time and a major one comes along I find that I have to try to remember how I deal with it all. Like all the little tricks I learned.
But I have gone to therapy before and it did help but I stopped going just when I thought i felt better.
