According to the revised 2008 Good Witch book, the High Priestess has ruled that any woman may attend the New Moon festival if she has, and I quote: "Bathed herself in olive oil for purification and has not lain with a man for a least 7 days."
So basically all the women here can go to the celebration. Therefore, I expect to see a few dozen naked women dancing at midnight during the next New Moon.
BTW, the festival must have one male attendee, according to custom, and he's excluded from the above mentioned rule.

Ahhh... but Duke, the problem is that all we womyn know how to be High Priestesses... I was one for my gallery and continue to be one at my farm. If you want purification, we all know that would be a salt bath, which personally, I always take for a New Moon...

Julz, I don't have to be a Peeping Tom. I just consulted the final authority on this subject, The Writ of Common Witch Law, and it says the same thing.
By law and custom, there must be one male attendee (sorry to the other guys) during the naked midnight dance of the virgins (including exceptions) at the New Moon.
For the male, the only requirement is to have, well, nothing really. He just has to show up.
He has to be there to provide warm towels for the ladies after they are hosed down with sacred water.
And he has to perform the sacred foot washing to purify the feet of the Goddesses. It's really dirty job for him, but somebody's got to do it.
I know this sounds kinky--I mean strange for women new to this ceremony, but once it's performed correctly, you'll understand it.
So just relax and enjoy the services, alright? Loosen up a bit.

Yes, the New Moon party starting April 5th is being called by the REDHEADS! and honorary REDHEADS of course... We womyn need to all unite, and burn that imposter artificial rule-book that Duke has found... Personally, I know he's making it up as he goes along because he wants to see all we womyn dancing around the bonfire au natural...

And, Julz, I must say that electric outages are a real bummer, but luckily they are few and far between (except for that winter in 2004 when we were out for 6 days...Of course, I had a big fat smile on my face and didn't care... ROFLMFAO!!!).
