Currently I borrow things from Facebook, but want to see if there are other resources. Didn't anybody think about such supportive materials?

I have a book called ' The Complete Pocket Positives' which always has something inspirational to read.

My current favourite is

When I was first dx my mantra was 'I have Ms , Ms doesn't have me'
and I found it very encouraging.

It's me,SharonMom---Debbie. I read your post and I have a couple of wise sayings for you. How about:
"We have no control over the cards that we are dealt in life, only how we play the hand." And:
"Life is NOT about living forever, it's about making the journey REALLY count."
And then there's a little poem that I memorized when I was a senior in High School, which was 28 years ago (I am getting OLD!):
"The purpose of life is NOT to be happy,
The purpose of life is to be productive, to MATTER, to have it make some difference that you live at all.
