I started walking for exercise a couple of years ago. I started small - about 10 minutes a day then built it up so I now do about 40 minutes.
It is often hard work but the benefits are wide ranging - and not just for the effects of MS.
I am very lucky because my personal trainer will not let me miss a single day. (She has 4 legs and a tail ! )
Tomorrow I will do some PT and some seated chair exercise
I really see the need for continuing to do my physical therapy and exercise. Mobility is the key for me any way.
I hope everyone moved today!
I have been doing less walking the last few months because I have been unemployed and therefore not going to work every day.
So, I now need to work on upping my exercising this summer!
Hopefully I will get some exercise and PT in today.
