Hello everyone,
Paint got hit by the recent tornados and asked me to post a couple of e-mails for her. She is also asking for prayers for her. Lets all do what we do best and show Darlene some support in these rough times for her

Keyboard is messed up, can't type w/kb so can you post this on DS 4 me? I still need a lot of help & a lot prayers........ I am sick & my hands r so swollen that i can barley use them. I am terribly sick. My legs r killing me..... I think that I may b on another relaslpe...???? Takes 2 long 2 type......so wont b typing much until i get computer fixed or get to library....... more later...........

Trees ripped up tin damaged beams ceiling caved n n lr.
Major cleanup2day.
Lot lot mor 2 do.
90% of hose ok & van ok even rt n path of destruction
Crew cut trees off roof then nother crew nailed tin bac dn & covered w/ bp.
They sopposed 2 com n few days &cut dn up other big trees & haul off
NO.... NO INS....
NEIGHBORA MH PICKED UP TWIRLED & SMASHED UPSIDE ON GROUND, DEMOLISHED
It got it 1st then came up driveway then threw house, then on threw , then snapped off like toothpicks & dn beside van laying dn hill. Then hit woods ripped trew trees then took left side of property.
then straight toward dw n back of me.
WAS SHAKING ALL NIGHT 7 ALLDAY 2DAY.
NEWS SENTINEL CAME OUT & IS DOING STORY ON ME & OTHERS. SHE IS GOING 2 GET THIS & CREW 2 PUT NEW ROOF ON 4 ME 2 CUT REST OF STANDING TREES & 2 CLEAR THEM OUT 4 ME
LOTS OF PEOPLE HERE 2 DAY!!! ALL VERY NICE & HELPFUL.
ONE FAMILY STOPPED BY 2 CHECK ON ME & BOUGHT ME LUNCH
NEIGHBOR WHO LOST CHURCH MH CAME OVER 2 NIGHT 7& BROUGHT KFC 4 SUPER
SUDDENLY I AM NEIGHBORHOOD SURVIVOR & HERO!!!
NOBODY ACTED LIKE I EXISTED B4!!! NOW I'M THE TALK OF KNOXVILLE. PEOPLE SHOWING UP JUST 2 MEET THE WOMAN WHO WENT FACE 2 FACE BIG-T & LIVED 2 TELL ABOUT IT
MY NEIGHBOR W/ MH PUT OUT WORD 2 EVERYBODY BOUT ME, MY PLACE & ALL MY DAMAGE

Thanks for the post, I was wondering if any of us got hit. Thank God she is alive and assume and hope the dogs too. Most scary thing to survive, you have to be on the news, that's how help arrives. Hope and pray more help arrives and keep us posted. Think of your blessings, you are ALIVE AND BEING HELPED. Paint you are a warrior, keep it up. Love, Alma

Thanks, Dave! It is helpful that you are able to pass the word along about PaintWarrior. How wonderful that she has been surrounded by people who want to help. They are our hands and feet, because we are so far away. She is a fighter! So thankful she is alive and that people are coming to her aid. Thanks, again, Dave. Please keep us posted.

I'll try to respond again. Glad Darlene is OK and getting the assistance she needs. Hope her furry children are OK too. Thanks Dave for letting us know.

This could have been devastating, and thank the Lord that Darlene is alive through this. Reading her account of the days she endured in the tornadoes was scary for me, I cannot imagine what she went through. Her higher power was certainly looking over her shoulder.

Everyone here has said such beautiful things, I cannot add more, so I will just send my warmest regards to Paint. Thanks for keeping us posted Dave, you are a good friend.

ya probably relapse- gosh i try to post and it dont go- i had 2 go to hospital- well they pushed me out in hallway- people everywhere- its a sad time- oh it died out or turned about 12 mile from hospital- - but dave u take care- u - r to precious!! try to relax- i know- but glad u ok hugs!!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
