Here it is: 8- not too great but I am on an Apple computer and I am not getting the symbols I want like I can do with my phone. With my phone I can do all sorts of fantastic smileys! But the thing with homemade smileys is to use the i-m-a-g-i-n-a-t-i-o-n (as Spongebob would say) and then you can see it perfectly! Kinda like that test thing Ichoppel gave us. See it is option and d for the "ears" and number 8 for the "eyes" and option and k for the "jowls" and a simple dash for a "tongue" !! Of course I will keep working on it and if I come up with something better I will be sure to send it off to you! Wasnt that a really funny movie? love ya! Irish
I feel for you!! I already have scoliosis in an s curve and I always thought the inflammation around my spine was simply something to do with it. However it just will not go away. The weird thing is that when they do a "sed rate" test on me it always comes back normal. I find that impossible because I know I am getting RA due to my RA test and the numbers getting higher and higher but the sed rate just does not bear that out either. But then again, all people are so different. It frustrates me to no end that docs will not accept this. They lump everyone in with the "Mr. and Ms. Average". So if I were to believe like that then I would never have had a "normal" cycle because not once have I ever had a "28 day cycle" and yet I got pregnant on our very first try and the second time I thought I was cramping due to an overdue period. Plus I lost a baby and she was probably about 5 days before ovulation. So they messed up on those perfect averages.
You know I have been having so much pain tonight with my lower back. It is almost excruciating and my husband keeps yelling at me to come to bed because he says I do not take care of myself enough. Thats the scary thought though is trying to sleep with this pain. I take gabapentin twice a day and at night I take an ativan so I will not have panic attacks in the middle of the night (now that is some scary stuff I tell you!! waking up from one of those things and not really being completely 'aware' it is just like you are having a heart attack! I can deal with the ones during the day cuz I have learned mind over matter and breathing but the ones at night are impossible to control.) and then I also take melatonin and when pain is this bad I will take a vicodin .... but it does not help! I will still be waking up a couple of hours from now with pain! I would love to have massage therapy but right now my insurance will not cover it. I am wondering if it will change for me if a doc refers me to one and then calls my insurance and they can do some sorta special deal. I hope so. The silly rain is getting to me bad tonight and my whole body is aching. I use a conair massager and have to massage my whole body like 2 or 3 times before I can sleep and it takes a coupla hours. Do you ever do that? It is hard sometimes to do when you feel like your muscles are being spastic or contracting a lot in your hands to actually use the massager but I will tell you this, if you can try it sometimes you will be so happy you did! Just be careful to turn it off before you fall asleep because I forgot one time and I suffered a severe 3rd degree burn that left a hole in my chest about a 1/4 inch deep. It was black and everything....really gross to watch it heal. I didnt go to the doc since I am an MA and know how to take care of that stuff. It is completely healed now and it is still a little valley in my skin. Sorry if I grossed you out! Take care girl and keep on keeping on! Love ya! Irish
