St Johns Wart is also a natural anti-depressent, but speak to your Neuro before taking it, as it can have side effects, Rescue Remedy helps a bit for anxiety, I personally take Alzam, it just stops me from having panic attacks,
Have included a link for essential oils, they are awesome, but take care, as some can have adverse effects if combined with the wrong type: http://www.experience-essential-oils.com/home-remedies-for-anxiety.html
Hope this helps.

BUT Linda, tapering of an antidepressant is a big deal. If not done correctly you will most likely become ill from withdrawal. You need to speak to a doctor AND find a new DR to follow the natural route - a holistic Dr or naturopath. And that is usually very expensive too. So think carefully about what you are doing and why. Then you must get some medical advice from someone you trust
You don't want to jump off a ledge before looking first!!

As an MSer, I am a highly sensitive person. I'm an artist and a writer. I found writing my thoughts and journaling was great for expressing my feelings. If your depression goes very deep, do you need to talk to a professional?
