Yesterday I woke up by 8am & had energy. Got washing done, hung up (inside) & in dryer & then even put away!
Did some tidy up (had lost something again), done by 10.30!
Home care came so I had a rest (watched a dvd) then had a bit of time so organised dosette boxes for next 2 weeks & started packing caravan stuff. I had a lot of that done before I had to go to another appt in the afternoon.
Had shoulder injection done (cant remember name), done with ultrasound, dye, saline & cortisone. Was numb after so ok till night time. Then every time I moved I woke up (typical).
Yesterday the hunger hit as well so eating & dinking lots & its the same today. I had energy at start of day so have taken more stuff to the caravan (in backyard) & ticking things off my list to what needs to be done. Some wont go till Friday. I probably had 2 hours of energy where I felt like I was almost running (not literally) but got a lot done. Then stopped again.
We are taking our caravan to Shepparton today & setting it up so we can do it in daylight. We will come home tonight as David is working next 2 days. That way as soon as he gets home friday night we can basically go once he is changed & coffee etc. We wont be towing at night which is good & it will be set up ready for us. We both have Monday off so will stay till Tuesday so it will be a good break.
Another benefit is we will beat most of the others (going with Jayco club) so be able to pick our site, hopefully shady & easy access to loo, I like level path so I can use theres in the day & only ours at night. It will cost us for 2 more nights & petrol too of course but considering we originally were going for 2 weeks holidays that is not an issue (for once).
Shepparton has ardmona/spc of course so we intend to do a good stock up as save on all the fruits, in jelly, juice & cyrups & lots of other foods too. It has moved into Shepparton itself so will be good to see the new shop set up too.
I am so glad I had the treatments so that I will be able to enjoy the break & have energy (hopeful) for most of it. We take my scooter & walker so use them so I am able to enjoy it & i will have neck ties & my cooler vest with us as well as it is going to be in 30's every day.
We are having a multicultural dinner on the Saturday night instead of going out so that should be fun. We will do our own main meal (allergies etc) but sharing desert & still being part of the group of course.
Sorry for long post - can always tell when cortisone kicks in LOL. Wanted to share the good news too.
Breathing in, breathing out, I return to my own blessed center.
I am ready to receive miracles!
