Having my 2 year old grandson wake me up at the lake. We proceed to go on the deck and eat chocolate donuts before anyone else wakes up.

Not a dream, but an occasional reality.

Spend the day on a hot tropical beach with my husband and just lay there as long as we want without worrying about falling on our faces when we try to get up.

Waking up way before first light. Putting on my shorts and shirt for P.T. Singing cadence as I run for miles. Doing pushups and sit-ups and the side straddle hop. Getting some chow after I shower and getting my mind right for the day.

Taking my Grandchildren anywhere! To the beach, the park, an amusement park, or the zoo. I miss doing things! I can't be out in the heat, and I can't walk!

My perfect day is to do anything I used to do!

Whether it was riding the Oregon dunes on my Bombardier or a simple day at the gym working out. I would settle for putting my '72 chevelle back together! Lol. Dreaming keeps my hopes alive and something to look forward to. Someday we will see a real medical breakthrough! Hopefully sooner than later!

I can walk and run and play soccer in the park with my husband and kids(3+4), then sit outside and eat popsicles. Play,read.color,draw,clean up after myself and the kids, do some laundry and make lunch .Then we can go swimmingand chill by the pool and bbq dinner. Then have some ice cream and watch jeparody. Put the kids down and have mommy and daddy time.(use ur imagination) perfect day.

I would play at Carnegie Hall.....again

I'm a trained classical pianist,barely can carry melody anymore.. with me i think it would be the simple things..me=lupus..hubby=M/S...we dream alot! would love to get on the floor and play with grandkids! i know,sounds simple..but would mean so much..we've been working on bucket list! wow,to get back on a horse would be amazing! keep dreaming all...:) I likewhat everyone said,but the beach thing,sorry but that's funny cause,first if we could even get in a chair or on a towel,we wouldn't be able to get up!neither could pull up the other..must keep sense of humor,right?

I run into the woods with abandon on a beautiful fall day as we begin a hike without worrying about trail signs - getting lost is half the fun because we have all day. Getting deep enough into the woods so my husband and I can enjoy the beauty and solitude without fear of being discovered... Enjoying weekend warrior status as we jump on our bikes for an impossibly long ride ignoring the fact that we haven't been training - 5 boro ride anyone?

I would go to a tropical beach in the middle of nowhere. My husband and I would tie up our rented little boat, and go eat breakfast at Dinghy Dock. Then we would go fill up the gas tank and pick up oxygen tanks to go scuba diving. We would go to pristine sandy beaches where it looks like no one has been. We would tie our boat to a buoy and suit up, go down, down, down into the most beautiful part of this world--the ocean. This was our reality, but can it ever be again??? I miss it so!!
