Most docs only check for IgE antibodies (acute allergy response aka the peanut that could stop your heart). However, there are Antibodies Ig: M, A, D, G and E. I wonder how many of these people that say they were tested with NO allergies but see improvement to IBS symptoms, etc were ONLY tested for IgE and not the rest.

About an hour after my hubby eats, in general, his symptoms are worse. Then after an hour he walks MUCH better. Do you guys have that issue??

;) My conclusion to alot of what goes on with MS is timing as much as anything else. Fiften years into a MS dx and you are more likely to be having more problems than when you were first dx'd, yet some people have all of their flairs up front. My downward spiral was not gradual. Yeah, I felt a little tired at the middle of the day, but struggled thru it until one day I was completely knocked off of my feet. Around that time we were having major troubles with one of our neighbors and our third child was born. For the first 6 months of her life, I could have sworn she was Satans child. Cried all of the time except for mom - she did not like me at all. (things did better with her).

Long story short - the may just have a mine of its own and do what it wants.

As far as my diet today, I do not eat terribly bad EVERY M-F peanut butter sandwich and diet Mountain Dew, lunch Taco Bell #4 diet Mountain Dew. Every supper we have at least one kind of vegetable.

I have given up so many things that I used to enjoy, just not quite ready to give up my food.

EPagain, I feel worse after big meals. Tired and the feeling of my heart beating in throat/ears. And if I drink wine forget it. I prefer eating smaller meals more often.
