Do whatever it takes to keep momma happy!
Like a handicapped placard, just because you have one does not mean you have to use it every time.
Bio-identical testosterone has been found to be a neuro-protectant in men with MS, reduces blood sugar, BMI, increases libido and ability to climax. So it is something to discuss with an endocrinologist that deals with bio-identical hormones with supplements like libidostim. I sent you a link that has research on the above points.
Link has info to checking DHT (goes to prostate issues) which can be addressed with prostate support vitamins and medication called camb.
Plus getting your estrogen levels checked if they start to rise then you need to get aromatase inhibitor. It stops normal aromatase found in fat from changing testosterone into estrogen which is dangerous in men.
Best wishes to you in working with a medical professional to address your symptoms,
EP
Hopefully you will have a wonderful, loving partner by your side that will understand and be patient with you.
