Just curious. I am new to this Copaxone stuff. I have injected my thighs this week, and both sites now have bruises the size of my palms! Is this a normal reaction?
I have other smaller bruises that have happened on other sites, and they still stick around (2 weeks now) but, these huge bruises have me concerned that I may be doing something wrong? Or is this a normal reaction?
Anyone out there have this?

So, I only use thighs when running out of spot to inject as I only use hips and stomach areas.
I have used hot pack before and cold pack after, not a big help for me. Massage is not possible for days due to painful to touch.
I am new too, 3 months, I hear it might get better and I certainly hope so.
Well, last nights has bruised up pretty badly. I have the autoject at it's lowest setting. Suggested by the nurse. All of the previous sites from the week before always seem to react with extreme itching. I am getting quite tired of the huge bruises, the red welted spots, and then the itching sites! I guess I am here to ask...how long does this drug keep doing this? Is it really worth my dealing with all of this? I am about to call the doc and ask her to find a different med, and let me quit this one! :(
By "large bruises" I do mean large...they are about 3 inches in diameter! Then, after the blue bruising goes away, the bruise area remains looking brown. I have sites that are the brown bruise now that have been there for nearly 5 weeks. :( Is this common all you Copaxone users?
