aah sleep who needs it..

If I could take a picture of my snoring ass bf I would lol its 422am and I'm completly awake..however its the damn body pain! Its like pow! Chest andback pain like my body is sayin jackie Wake ur ass up! So now I'm up with my bear of a bf snoring in my ear n body pain that wont let me sleep..so guess what ima do? Get up n smoke cuz that's the only thing that'll work n maybe watch some infomercials till I finnaly fall back asleep..lol oo what an exciting life I lead..ill b up for a while so there better ba movie on..just thought id write suttin whilst I'm awake..good nite everyone!..sofa here I come!

I can't address the pain but I can address the snoring: ear plugs. I use them every night and it's made a world of difference for me. At least it's one less thing to interupt my sleep. Lord knows, we have enough trouble catching a few zzzzs.

I also wear earplugs..could't sleep without them...my husband snores like a family of bears

hope you sleeping better! i have went all night many times- cant sleep! but thankfully it doesnt last -sure last long enough though!-

My husband and I sleep in separate bedrooms (they are right next to each other). The main reason is because my back pain is severe and I need a soft bed to sleep in and also because he snores very loud.
At one point, the snoring was so loud and one of my cats, a tomcat, also snores and makes this loud rippling sound. Between the two of them in there, it sounds like a bizarre orchestra playing non-stop! I kid you not!
In any event, I also use earplugs at times as noise bothers me a lot (best ones I've found are called "Hushers" btw).
I take 1 mg. of Xanax at bedtime and it tends to knock me out for at least a few hrs. I also take 30 mg. of morhpine at bedtime.
With this whole package of fixes, I tend to get a fair nights sleep unless I am horribly worried about something.

I have to wear earplugs every nite been wearin um since he moved in lol I have to and btw. I still hear him thru the earplugs! Ha! Lol

You can talk to your doc about melatonin which you can buy at your pharmacy. I take it sometimes to help me sleep.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
