When I had horrid pains from an ankle sprain years ago (I got another one last month/ same ankle) My neuro said that the "1 Hydrocodone 325/5, 2 or 3 fast relese tyelnoles and 1 Naproxen 500, 2 liquid Ibuprofens SHOULD help to have the pains somewhat bearable! Just take all those 6 pills ONLY every 6 HOURS WITH something in your stomach so you don't get them all tossed up!!"
I hope you find SOME help and I don't think they honestly will help much to have you go to the ER. I'm sorry!
Best of luck to you in finding answers. I hope you feel better soon.
FYI ~ Here's something I found ...

When I have pain I mix Ibumol, Ibucod and Tensopain, I find that the combination of Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, Codien and Caffeine helps to take the edge of.
Hope you feel better soon.

A friend took amitriptiline for spasms in her diaphragm.
Ezone is correct that it takes an expert dr. to manage a Baclofen pump. I'm still adjusting and it's almost 6 months.
That is the state of the art treatment for severe spasticity.

One thing that helps a lot is to lay down in a quiet room, play some very soft music for relaxation (spa type music), and spray myself with a mixture of peppermint, eucalyptus, and lavender essential oils mixed with water. Then I concentrate on deep breathing and relaxing.
I know it may sound too simple, but it usually helps at least take the edge off.
Good luck. I hope you get some relief.
