how big can this kit be?
Our facilitator suggested we include things for all the senses. Also tactile things that feel good - those little aloe socks feel yummy. A special blanket or soft stuffed animal. And things that smell good too - essential oils, soaps.
I really love my kit and I keep it in a backpack so I can take it with when we travel.
