Miscarriage Support Group
This community is dedicated to those who have experienced the traumatizing event of a miscarriage or a stillbirth. Miscarriage remains one of the most common complication of pregnancy, but that doesn't make it easy to deal with. Join the group and find support in the company of others who know what you're going through.
We, here on this site, understand though and most of us have gone through the exact same situation as you (with no one to talk to who would understand).
Honestly, my best coping mechanism was to stay away if I needed to or be present but distant so that my feelings aren't triggered in front of everyone. And if they are, I'll step away for a second so that I don't make a scene especially if the pregnant person is receiving attention about her baby.
If your partner is around, I would suggest to talk to him about how you really really feel. This way you have his support and comfort although we've realized that men don't cope the same way we do.
It's a hard thing to go through and if you at least have one person (maybe someone else) who can be there for you when you need to talk immediately, that helps. If not, we're here and we will gladly talk to you about it.
