Silent Migraines and symptoms after they attack

WEll it is the fall and a season change weather here in philly is good but not real hot fairly nice sun is low in the sky and we are getting some wind.  I had a Migraine Aura today and my symptoms seem to be tiredness and mood affected that is after the aura goes away about 20-30 minutes later.  I have had these since teenager and still get them.  Sometimes i can go month or more without them and then i get several in short periods of time.  No way to tell when.  I do watch certain triggers and i do cheat.   Chocolate, red wine, aged cheese weather channels skipped meals.  Does anyone experience these and do you take anything for them or what does everyone do.  thanks

are aura's, tiredness and moodiness the only symptoms you get? You don't have head pain or nausea or vision issues or any of the major actual migraine symptoms? I guess I'm curious who diagnosed you and told you these were migraines without actually having a migraine?

Here is how I have dealt with the issue of making good feelings last longer,
Mindfulness.

This a tool that while I discounted in the past I now embrace. It caused me to have an excellent day yesterday, looking for a repeat performance today.

Migraines are so complex, you can have one without experiencing any head pain (I wish I was so lucky). But I'm also curious what your other symptoms are other than an aura, being tired, and moodiness.

If you live in Philly, and these bother you, you have an amazing headache center in your back yard. Make an appointment at Jefferson and they can properly diagnose you and get you on any meds that you need. I go there because I live right across the bridge in Jersey.
