Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.

I find that for a day or two after a migraine, I have what feels like a migraine hangover. Does anyone else experience this? I feel tired, sluggish, somewhat disoriented, and my mood is just blah. Not to mention the catching up I have to do because of the time I've lost with the migraine. Anyone else have this, and if so, any tips to make things a little easier? Thanks.

Hi... I was just looking for support groups and came across this site. I was just diagnosed with NHL specifically Folicular Lymphoma (Large B-Cell type) and I guess it would just be nice to talk to people who have been through this. I'm 28 F and I'm a new mom, my life has changed drastically in the last two years and now this diagnosis has really gotten me down...I had a CT scan done last week...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
If you are eating lots of heavy fats and bad foods, it blocks your craves and it calls for more junk, but if you switch over, within a week, you are set correct and you body will tell you.
Remember, light nutrient rich foods make you feel light, and heavy foods will bring you down.
Migrainers are sensitive to the envionment. Best of luck
The worse the migraine, the worse the hangover. After the actual migraine passes I am usually sluggish, tired, not hungry, achy... it is sometimes as bad as having the migraine.
I wish I knew how to make it go easier myself...
