Lyme Disease Support Group
Lyme disease is the most common vector-borne disease in the Northern Hemisphere. It is now one of the fastest growing infectious diseases in the U.S. Lyme disease is caused by infection with the Borrelia burgdorferi bacteria, and is primarily transmitted to humans as well as dogs, horses and other domesticated animals by the bite of infected ticks.
I hope you know that you're not alone, in fact there is at least one Daily Strength group for Morgellons also.

(I don't believe I have Morgellons myself but it attracted my attention because of the overlap between it and numerous other conditions, both in symptoms and in bacteria, I may well have ME/CFS or Lyme Disease, but I don't know if I could get my doctors to take either one seriously. I'm currently trying to get my skin infections treated and hoping that other benefits might come from the antibiotics if I'm lucky).
I think you might be very lucky to have found a doctor who will take Morgellons seriously, but I hope they are using antibiotics so as to get the best use out of them.
(I have some posts to the Morgellons forum that try to look at the possibility of fungal infection joining in with bacteria in Morgellons. I'm still just speculating, but it's still the most sensible picture I can come up with for that very strange and confusing condition, that there might be fungal infection present in lesions and fibers that often gets overlooked, that may make some very surprising contributions to the condition).
