You can read my other post om this board for some backgound about me . Can someone telll me how they were 1st diagnosed ?. I have elevated ANS (?) levels found out through a specific blood screening . Would anyone be generous and kind enough to share your levels with me ? I zm terified since I have so many other medical issues that are draining every bit of my soul , am in constant chronic pain and am on a waiting list of over 200 to see a rheumatologist . I am desperate for information about the disease , am researching it but woud really rather be in touch with someone with Lupus for truth and to help me deal with my fears . ! About 10 years ago my GP suspected Lupus, but my blood work was always negative. However in 2010, I had arm rashes that wouldn't go away (6 months), so my current doctor sent me to a dermatologist who took skin biopsies. The lab report said lupus and dermatomyositis.

thats interesting about the arm rashes as i just started to get arm rashes.I had the rash on my face about 15 years ago but has never been as bad since.Now i have a rash on both arms.Its like a trillion little red bumps.dont know if thats a lupus rash or not and havent shown my dr.Ive always had a positive ana.But that didnt give me a diagnosis.Ive run chronic low grade fevers and have had inflamed joints,inflamation,and severe fatigue.Drs said i was depressed until about 3 years ago.My gp thought i had a connective tissue disease and sent me to a rhuemy who thought i had sarcoidosis.Then he took that dianosis away and I actually never went back as I got tired of drs.But now my endocrinologist who treats me for Hashimotos disease is saying he believes i have "low grade" lupus.I guess that might not even be a proper diagnosis,but the closest ive come to one.He told me the best i can do is to get alot of sleep and have as little stress as possible.i try really hard!

My family has a strong history of autoimmune and when I started experiencing some mild symptoms I thought that I should get tested for some things and that included ANA which was positive. Then other things came back abnormal such as my CRP and sed rate which both measure inflammation in the body. My white blood cell count was low and so was my platelet count and I was experiencing a rash on the front of my lower legs which was caused from sun sensitivity. The frustrating part is that there are so many Auto immune diseases and they all imitate each other as the symptoms can all be the same. You just have to get tons of blood tests and get them repeated often.

Energy Returns After Mercury Chelation

    I am suffering from the inability to cope with ordinary every day things.  From my housework to watching tv or reading a book.  I get palpatations, nervousness, at the moment my heart is palpatating and all I am doing is typing this.  I am so scared its silly, I just want to stay in bed and just get up for meals and coffee.  Not that that is going to happen.  At the moment I have my daughter...
