Hip Bursitis Pain

I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, Vitamin D deficiency and bursitis. I haven't slept good in months and the pain is unbearable.
Stretching, walking, massaging nothing helps not even pain medication.
The pain is bone deep and spasms like muscle spasms. Has anyone had to deal with this and what do you do?

I had chronic bursitis in my left hip for about 2 years. That clicking / popping feeling was terrible and the pain was unbearable, particularly going up stairs.

Finally had a rheumy inject prednisone right into the bursa sac. First, let me say, that is the most painful medical procedure I have ever had. Doc said that meant it needed to happen and that there was a lot of inflammation.

I was sore for two days, but have been pain free for almost 3 months! I would go through the pain again in a heartbeat to have as much mobility as I do now. I've lost nearly 15 pounds that I couldn't take off because exercise was so painful.

My primary doctor told me when I feel like I am ready I should get a hip replacement. The reumy doctor told she didnot feel I needed one but just to take the vitamin D and try to exercise. The exercising went out the door when my hip which is bone to bone rubbed sending me into 5 hours worth of pain. The Vitamin D seemed to start helping but then goes back into deep pain. My health insurance sucks so I haven't been able to get the injections so I support my pain with oxycodone and muscle relaxers. Time will tell when I can try and deal with it better. I am glad I have found others with the same symptoms and ways to deal with it.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
