Loneliness is an emotional state in which a person experiences a powerful feeling of emptiness and isolation. Loneliness is more than the feeling of wanting company or wanting to do something with another person. Loneliness is a feeling of being cut off, disconnected and alienated from other people. My long-term boyfriend just left 15 years down the drain. I gave up all my friends for him. Not necessarily for him but since my focus was on him I had no time for anything else. Now that he's gone I just have my two kids .what about adult interaction. Although I have my mom and a close cousin I don't want to take my problems to them .it gets so bad a time I think about not wanting to live. But since I'm scared I'd never really hurt myself .I am a cutter at time to relieve pain . I wish I had just someone to talk to

I got an email from Kohl's that I had a 40% off coupon for today and tomorrow only. It took me about an hour but I placed an order and got some great deals. I have been wanting a new dress. I like dressing up sometimes. My birthday is coming up and I have dinner plans at a nice restaurant. But, honestly, I'm a little out of control again. I went through this in the fall. I bought...

Has anyone else noticed that clearly speaking and doing things intentionally is liberating because it helps combat the feeling of depression and a sense of hopelessness? Let me share a little more: in my experience, when those who have tried to project a hidden agenda that is obviously not aligned with integrity and well-being, it's best to be firm and speak clearly from self-awareness and...

Do'nt kill yourself. Your children needs you.
Your children should be your focus. I know the loneliness is painful and having children does not make it any better, but your kids need you the most. If your boyfriend left, consider it his loss. Everyone that you lose is not always a loss, sometimes it is good when people walk out of our lives. It causes us self-reflect and realize what is most important. If you have to give up people just to be with someone, that should be red flag. Unless you have family and friends that are doing inappropriate things, no one should have to cut off those friends and family members just to please a partner or spouse.
Cutting yourself is definitely not healthy. You might want to consider counseling or therapy. But please try to feel better and just parent your children. The world has enough children suffering in foster homes, orphanages, and on the streets because they are without parents. I have a son too and I go through loneliness and heartache everyday, but he needs me right now the most, Nothing and no one is more important than my child, so I have to be okay and hopefully you will be okay too. There are people here that can offer you support, but I would definitely recommend seeing a psychiatrist or licensed therapist, Just my advice. Psychiatrists are actually pretty cool, I have seen them in the past, They never judged me and they're quite smart!
Feel better love.
Hope you feel better, and really seek out help. Writing here, is a good sign about your willingness of recover, don't despair.
