Loneliness Support Group
Loneliness is an emotional state in which a person experiences a powerful feeling of emptiness and isolation. Loneliness is more than the feeling of wanting company or wanting to do something with another person. Loneliness is a feeling of being cut off, disconnected and alienated from other people. We can try to be supportive to each other, but other depressed people usually make lousy permanent support. Not for the lack of trying, just that you could be falling apart on the same day and need help but are unable to give help.
You along with everyone here, carry their own struggles, some will be there, some will not, others will just use to unload, some will judge. All types will show up. Just be yourself and proud of who you are. Good people tend to migrate towards good people. Much success and Hugs!
Do you have one or two particular friends there?, to whom you could one of these times reach out...
I get to thinking when I see Paxil mentioned. I cannot but wonder there similar Rx which have been cooked up.
I have G.A.D. and used to get attacks. I have to manage carefully.
Am happy to "see a new face" on our board. I've found _Loneliness_ to be a group pretty darn authentic. A question can get a straight answer, if the person posting keeps pushing.
good luck in everything,
So I tell myself that I don't require an immediate answer and it's okay. I also know that sometimes I read a post and I think about it for a day or two because it presents something that I have to really think on before I answer. Then I give my answer and I can give an answer that is my honest answer and sometimes mentions things that no one may have thought of.
And sometimes a person posts and they have already answered their own question/query and they don't need me to answer. I'm so glad they came to that point. And I usually feel good that they saw through their entire problem and were able to find the answer.
Many, many hugs.
