Hi Ladies,

I am filling out an application form and on the monitoring form it asks about sexuality giving 2 choices between being a gay woman ora lesbian can someone please tell me what is the difference as I am baffled!

I wonder if the company who designed the form is simply being ultra sensitive to what various women refer to themselves as?

Baffled aswell. the word 'gay' also has other meanings..so all i can think of is just say there that you are a bright, merry and lively lesbian woman.

I don't rly think theres a difference between the two unless gay is meaning happy but idk y theyd put that or lesbian so i dont rly think theres a difference
