Is India a fair distance from you? Not knowing America i thought you meant the country India, then i thought as you've mentioned where she lives, this must be a long distance relationship?

Hey buddy, your value is not judged in the way others see or treat you. It's all about how you feel and you being happy. Obviously this is not making you happy. Some girls just hang on to guys so they can tell others they have a bf so their self-esteem won't go down. She sounds really selfish. She also sounds a little controlling. If a girl you are going out with is not telling other guys to stop it when they say "I luv you" and "I want U" then she's a player and only looking out for her interest and clearly not willing or wanting to look out for yours. I've been there, done that, seen it, heard it, felt it, know it. True love comes from each person thinking and looking after the other. You say you know she's lost interest in you, I'm sure there are plenty of young women out there that will find interest in you and will treat you completley different. The situation is clearly making you depressed and hurt. Sleeping is really a form of escaping, the problem is still going to be there when you awake. Do you exercise? What takes your mind off your thoughts? Often people seek relationships to see what they can get out of it instead of what they can give to another person. All the girls I've dated have always critiziced me because I "wasn't doing something for them." I had to learn to stay away from those type of women because they didn't make me happy. I would try to change and do this or do that but it wasn't enough because I wasn't good enough in their eyes. Not good enough! I'm not a peach you would pick out of the basket at the supermarket! I'm a human being! How horrible is that! Not good enough, lol. Like what gives them the authority to judge me like that? It was actually kinda a form of mental abuse to be honest, and I didn't deserve it. You don't deserve to be treated like that buddy. You sound very caring and most women find that irresistable. This one however seems to not like you caring and that is a tell tale sign that she has some work to do and it's not you, it's her! Don't let her view of you distort your view of yourself to think it really is you. Only you, know the true you. In the end you'll be happier because you'll see that this type of women clearly doesn't make you happy and they will stay the same because they don't think they have a problem, it's always you, you, you. Well it's not you, you, you, it's probably them, them, them and you have the right to not take it anymore. You can't see it right now because you are hurt, but you do know you are suffering and asking why. We can see it because we've experienced it. It sounds like you are young, there is no problem with this, most young people experience this, it's the nature of the hormonal system! lol. However not everyone is blessed to see how destructive it can be. A toxic relationship that has no growth or love is worse than none at all in my opinion. Just from hearing your story I'd end it tommorow, but I'm a 31 year old man who's been through it and am convinced this type of relationship is not good for me. I hope that revelation comes to you soon and if it doesn't, I'll be here to listen to you vent. Just remember, you're a human being who deserves happiness and to be treated with respect and dignity. I'm not trying to totally bash the young woman, after all she is going through the stages of growth and being human too. But for yoursake, to end your pain you'll probably have to end the relationship, unless she does a complete 180 and I'm sorry WarmCoffin, that probably isn't going to happen.
