Irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal disorder that is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. Typically no abnormalities appear during standard medical testing, and so irritable bowel syndrome is identified by the symptoms. Although irritable bowel syndrome can cause serious discomfort, the intestines are not harmed.
I had some tortilla chips with french onion dip.....bam I am having issues with the trots....
My doctor told me to take Metamucil and I stopped when prepping for the second colonoscopy of the 2024 year....
I guess I should revisit drinking the glass of metamucil fiber liquid again...but I am balking at getting started...

I have IBS-C and my mom has IBS-D. Both really suck! I wish a mad scientist would find a cure.
