Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Support Group
Irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal disorder that is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. Typically no abnormalities appear during standard medical testing, and so irritable bowel syndrome is identified by the symptoms. Although irritable bowel syndrome can cause serious discomfort, the intestines are not harmed.

-You can also try drinking a glass of miralax after dinner at night.
-A supplement called slippery elm (which I take with my dinner).
-sauerkraut's a good one. Kimchee too.
-milk of magnesia.
I have ibs-c so I have to constantly rotate what a use or it doesn't work. I have tried medications but they don't work either. I have also tried probiotics but they always stop working.
And I love kimchee so these are great ideas.
