works well for me.
I was on geodon for a while and then switched to take serroquel instead (rather then in addition too) and it worked a lot better for me. You might consider just switching. Sleep meds generally don't work for me (ambien, trazadone, respidol, etc etc etc), but for a while every night I took a combination of meds- an antidepressant (doxepin), anti-anxiety (ativan), serroquel, and periodically melatonin (which has helped on and off). It might not be just one pill, but a combination. None of the "sleeping pills" by themselves helped though. I hope you have a good pdoc to help you sort through this.
