Insomnia Central Community Group
this group will be here for those who can't sleep at night and are up at all hours so they can come in her and have some one to talk to ....who also can't sleep ...to pass the time ...to make it easer ..to get through the night ...
So it's just about midnight...who's still up in insomnia central?

I think that a good doctor does lisen to you because who knowes your owen bodie like you and how you are feeling like you on diferant meds .....I have a good doctor to and he listens to me and trusts me to I am going off one of my antiedepresants ....right now

Which one do you plan to stop? And how many are you taking?

that must be hard on you being in and out of hospital but I gess if you need to be there it is the best place to be .....I hope you do find one you can feel safe and comfortable in ....so you can get the treatment you need ....I know that if I even needed to go to the hospital again I would be going ..as soon as posible ....

I am on four antiedepresants ..and now back on an antie angizity med ..I would have to go rusting through my pills and I would wake my h ...to look for the names ......

You never truly appreciate your health insurance until it's gone...I was sent to a "crisis center" out here once after a suicide attempt...a schizophrenic almost stabbed me in the neck with a ballpoint pen for sleeping in a chair...0/10 would not go back

I got pill bottles stashed all over the house...I can never find them when I need them...

you must of been scaried to death ........I gess they had no scurry there ......we are lucky we have good health insurance ..my h worked at a companey for thurity two years and got a good penchion with benifit so ...or we would be in the poor house by now ..or not here ...

I only have a gallon sized ziplock...not quite suitcase bad yet...

one of my meds gives me shorterm memory loss ..it breaks up my thinking so I can't obsess over the same thing over and over ....sidefect is I forget a lot ..but once reminded I rember ..but it keepes me sain ..

Yeah my fiancé keeps track of mine...my sedatives make me hazy, and I'll end up double dosing because I forget I already took them...so she knows what to give me and when
