this group will be here for those who can't sleep at night and are up at all hours so they can come in her and have some one to talk to ....who also can't sleep ...to pass the time ...to make it easer ..to get through the night ...
So it's just about midnight...who's still up in insomnia central?

I here you ....that is not much sleep ....I took a migraine today not to bad but enought to need the big painkillers and they keep me awak ..

Migraine pills have moderate doses of caffeine in them...not sure what purpose it serves

it is to make the painkiller move through the system ...often when you have a migrain it isent just in the head but all over the body so you don't digest so with out the caffeen you would not get the painkiller through to ware it needs to go ...

Latuda...a shiny new bipolar medication that I thought was a miracle drug...it turned out to give me crazy suicidal thoughts (and will continue to do so until sometime Friday)

that is scariest stuff .....I have two sons with bipolar one is worse than the other ...neat her is on meds ...

one schould be on somthing ....the other one is controlling it so far with the help of his family and diet ....

I've seen Latuda work miracles on people with my own eyes...that's why I trusted it so completely...but everyone reacts differently...

Bipolar can be controlled through diet? (I know mine can't, but a list of helpful foods can't hurt anything)

I know even for my depreshion I had to try a few meds befor I found a combination that would work on my with the least sidefects .
