Infidelity Support Group
Any relationship in which one partner engages willfully in sexual relations with another outside of the partnership is considered to have experienced infidelity. This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...

So all the fights we had the year he was hiding his affair cannot be attributed to anything other than the affair guilt, most likely.
But it's like we lost a year and that year was hell on me, every day I tried to fix something that I would never be able to fix, because the problem was the affair, not my interactions with the dog, or inabiltiy as a passneger to change the clock while the vehicle was in motion.
I just don't know who "we" are anymore and when the affair began if we had anything real before then.
I only found out less than 10 days ago? I'm trying not to spew venom at every interaction and giving him opportunity to be sincere which I think he is.
But how do you figure out where the real is and where rhe unreal (tainted by thr affair) is and can the two ever be right again? All the photos I took of us feel fake. We even proposed to each other 2 months after his first indiscretion (there were 3, the 3rd happened one month after we got engaged.)
How can I separate any of that, it feels disgusting and fake to think of the deceit behind my back. While I waited for my prince charming to return from work every day. Only to have him turn into a real jerk over time out of guilt.
Can someone weigh in on this and offer opinion please.

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

Look at what my best friend did with my picture!
Since you say this is his 3rd affair, why do you keep taking him back? He will only keep doing this again and again.
Three strikes he's out! He will never change. Only you can change. Why do you stay with him still? Just curious. You are not married. You can leave any time. And cheaters lie... I am afraid there were much more than 3 women. Three would be too many already, but cheaters lie and they won't tell you the real number.
He's obviously just upsetting you and stressing you out and he is not as into this relationship as you are. So I was just wondering why you stick around. You are not second choice!!! You deserve a man who is all into only YOU.
We have been together for almost 3 years. 1 in when the affair happened.
is for you. And honestly, there may never be an until.
Sincerity is not really anything. It doesn’t mean the person has done the soul mining and hard work it takes to change and prove it.
There may be nothing he can do. It’s really going to take some soul searching on your part and time to work through it I imagine. Your feelings are completely valid.
Are you in counseling for yourself, or marriage counseling with each other? I’d recommend both, but individual counseling for you if he doesn’t want to go to marriage counseling.
No offense but he sounds like a clown. Why are you giving him so many chances?
I've been living with 2 different men: pre-A & post-A
For him to have been with the same woman, at least 3 times (cheaters lie, so you'll never know how many times he was really with her), then he is obviously into her. Why would he stop seeing her?
He didn't care about your relationship. or care about you, when he started cheating. He wanted to keep you on the side. There are different kinds of infidelities. A guy that keeps going back to the same one woman, has feelings for her and for all you know, he loves her and not you anymore.
You are not second choice. Not second best. You deserve to be with a man that is ALL yours, and is not out sleeping around. If this is going on already, how could you ever trust him if you were married? He already is cheating, lying to your face, and disrespecting you. Is that the kind of husband you always dreamed of having? Take a good long look at what is going on... right under your nose. You deserve so much more than this. Not trying to be harsh, but I hate to see a guy playing a woman like he is doing to you.
