Infidelity Support Group
Any relationship in which one partner engages willfully in sexual relations with another outside of the partnership is considered to have experienced infidelity. This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...
I keep thinking about the possibility that I'm going to Hell. I cheated on my husband the beginning months of our marriage. He doesn't know. I want to tell him but after thinking about it exhaustingly i fear that it's only gonna hurt us. I mean, it happened once and cried myself to sleep because I let it happen, I'm no longer in contact with my ex which is who I cheated with, to this day I think to myself "tell him, if he wants to leave you let him." I would get fevers just thinking about coming clean. I've prayed endlessly. And the topic pops up every now and then when we see a show and adultery comes up. I don't know what I'm asking yet again. I just fear for my soul.

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...
You should just be prepared that your marriage probably will end if you tell him. Is there a possibility that your husband suspects anything? He might already have a feeling it happened.
I would suggest writing out your feelings on paper and that could help you sort things out. Writing helps a lot with processing feelings.
Having guilt and remorse shows you are a healthy, evolved person. You know you'll never do it again.
I would suggest thinking about it some more because once you tell him, everything WILL change, in some way or another. I hope it's for the better, but you just don't really know. Do you think he would cheat back, to get back at you?
I am not saying don't tell him, but give it some thought, write it out (writing it out in a personal journal helps collect your thoughts), don't just blurt it out, and then decide if you feel that he needs to know and how this can make your relationship better, if it would make it better.
