Infidelity Support Group
Any relationship in which one partner engages willfully in sexual relations with another outside of the partnership is considered to have experienced infidelity. This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...
You and your husband are together yet? You NEED to put a restraining order on this woman no matter what your husband is up to yet. That may help show his true colors in broad daylight too. I would LOVINGLY ask him to accompany his wife to go put it in place legally.
Has she continued since the cease & desist?
Hate to say it but you may hate her for some time. She may do something, eventually, that will be so damned stupid that it makes you laugh...and then you will know that you are on your way to NOT hating her as much.
Take care...L~
Still... to this day...
Thinking on this...you seem to feel bad for hating this OW and all she has done. You really hate her and feel like it's a bad reflection on you.
Stop that. Really.
Like you, I never thought I could hate anyone like that, but I guess I do. I also never really thought I would have to deal with so many of the things I have had to deal with over the last few years. This is unprecedented for me. And you?
All we can hope is that we can handle ourselves the best we can in any situation, but damn, if we can't? We can't.
I think we all do damned good, considering...
Don't be so hard on yourself. You are human. We all are. We are dealing with the unimaginable - going thru it, and still getting up every damned day. That, in itself, is pretty remarkable.
So you hate her. She may well have pushed you to the point that she deserves it...for now.
Take care, L~
Why shouldn't you hate her? Who says you have to "let it go"? That's bullshit. The only people that would tell you that are people who have never walked in your shoes.
Hell, I don't know her and I hate her.
I believe in the Biblical age, people stone the cheater and his/her affair partner to death. Today, the cheater and his/her affair partner are cherished, regardless the family they break, the harms to the betrayed, and the damages to next generation who carry the scars for the rest of their lives.
Cheating is a sin, a stain that the cheater can never wash off.
I dont blame the other woman/women at all. My husband could have used his mouth to say "no", instead of using it for other things.
As for the hate, I understand and can relate to that. I have hatede in the past. As a matter of fact it was a family member who hurt me and my family to the point of almost destrying us. The only problem with hate is that it usually only hurts the one who hates not the one who is hated. So all I want to tell you is dont let the hate poisen you and your live. You most likley dont hurt her with your hate at all. She probably thinks it is funny and gets some sick satisfaction from it...
