But there should be two discussion boards and I now know some of the admins and will suggest that to them.

This thread is not a directive, but an introduction, partly an introduction to some of the groups that more specifically address the needs of the CS and OP. The hope is that newcomers will have some sense of what to expect so that they will not be caught off guard. Occasionally a CS will come in and, without reading enough posts to get a sense of the group, and talk about the pain their in due to having chosen to engage in an A. Then they get verbally shit kicked and recoil in horror, while the BS who have been triggered start over on healing their newly re-opened wounds. I don't have to be an admin to see that it can be beneficial to newbies to have a heads up on what to expect here. If it were not beneficial, the thread would never get bumped.
BTW, I'm a CS, formerly a BS many times over. I rewrote this thread at the request of another member, who didn't want to catch the flack from people who might find it overbearing, because the prior introductory thread contained outdated information.
If this isnt a perfect example of his issue I dont know what is!

DS definitely needs to add a "pin to top" function.
Bump!
