Infidelity Support Group
Any relationship in which one partner engages willfully in sexual relations with another outside of the partnership is considered to have experienced infidelity. This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...
I am hot mad, but equally destroyed. I am not the same person I once was and there goes my illusion of a 28 year marriage.
My one and only, whom I loved my entire life, had 2 girls that are so young, they are not much older than our oldest child. He even got one pregnant.
He so strongly denies any of it, even with proof. He’s more worried about her (apparently, he’s been with her for years, but he also had a side chick) than what this has done to me. He touts himself as the most loyal husband ever, and will never give up that perception of himself. He wants the outside world to think he’s this wonderful human, with a loving family.
I should leave him, I know it. It’s been almost 2 years since I found out, and just don’t know how to suddenly up and leave. My emotions are just as raw as they were the first time I found out. I go about my day as if everything is normal, but there is not a second that goes by, that I don’t think about what he has done.
A few months back, I overheard him talking to his friend about her, and how he misses her.
I should leave him.

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

Please know this had nothing to do with you. You did nothing wrong at all. Maybe you two got together too young, who knows.... but he CHOSE to cheat so many times. It was his choice.
Do you have a therapist? You could start therapy, to give you strength, and to work out these feelings you are having.
Yes, it does seem you should leave this marriage. Staying two years...?? That shows to him that you are "okay" with his cheating and that he can continue to do it, and with more and more women. You not leaving him is giving him permission to keep cheating and cheating.
He has checked out of this marriage long ago. Now, it's time for you to think about the rest of YOUR life. Do you really want to live like this? Have a husband like this?
And now there is another love-child in the mix?
The reason you are afraid to leave is that he is - Familiar. You don't know any other life. You've been with him so long. But what he is doing to you, your marriage, your children... is so wrong. It is beyond wrong.
I would also suggest having a consultation with a divorce attorney. Get some questions answered. Your husband will have to pay you a lot in alimony, and more money if your children are under 18 years old. You are entitled to a lot of money (his retirement account, house, etc), so don't sell yourself short in this.
Please gather up some respect for yourself and walk away from this situation. He will not change... he might even get worse about it. No, it's not easy to just walk away. Hopefully you can talk to a therapist, family, friends... to get the strength to leave.
You are strong, you can do this. You deserve a much better life. But you have to go get that.
I read it as an ebook for like $2.99. It might help.
