If you know who the other person is and where they live,work and play how do you keep from confronting?will confrontation do any good or more harm?I have spoken via phone early on after catching my wife in lies and then finding out about affair.I pretty much told the"other" to remove himself from the picture or it would not be pretty.I believe it has been over 14 months since they last spoke or saw one another,.Some days it is hard not to drive ot his work or house and let him know what pain and stress he caused both of us.I then realize he probably doesn't give a $#@2.what has anyone else done or tried to stop these feelings.And yes I have been to therapy
I spoke to the OW (who I knew before the affair, but my H did not) twice but I wanted information so I was nice to her. She later learned from my H that I don't like her. She was shocked because she thought everything was OK with us. He said "come on you f*^&%$d her husband. Do you really think things are ever going to be OK with her"? I thanked my H for setting her straight. The dumb bitch actually thought I liked her again. Now she knows I was just using her to get info. I hope it really bugs her that I fooled her. Maybe now she knows a little about how it feels to be betrayed by someone you thought you could trust.
