My husband rather spend money on truck parts than helping me get help for what he's done. I bring it up and he says nothing but yet will start talking about money for the truck. I can't believe it I'm so hurt and shocked by this. So now tomorrow I have to go do something to get help that scares me because my husband won't help.

CS often don't know what to do to make things better - its part of what leads them down this path. Totally sucks, but you'll need to figure out how to heal this for yourself and hope he gives you the information and support you need. CS are often the type of person who would rather ignore the problem and hopes it goes away on its own.

Does he have to help? Is there help without his assistance? Let him tend his truck, and you go get any help you can find. You'll have to take care of you, cheaters don't do that.

Looking after yourself right now is the most important thing you can do. You can get a lot of help from this group.

Has he come around to talk to you about what happened and perhaps why? Is he avoiding having conversations about it? Has he completely stopped contacting the OW?

     I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...
