It has been about almost 4 years since my husband's affair. Which is a long time in terms but not a long time in the feelings that accompany an affair. I have been to therapy and I have tried many different things to help me forgive him. I love my husband but I dont think I have forgiven him. I dont bring up the past and I dont fight nor am I hostile. But my head is always at the affair. No matter what he is doing where he is I'm always at the affair. I wish I could just erase everything from the day I found out to toda . It has been a grueling roller coaster and is eating away at me. Being in quarantine is not helping. I find my self lost in my head more. I dont know what to do to help myself get over this. It has truly broken me and I honestly dont believe he in slightest bit realizes how broken i am. There are so many layers and unspoken words that injust dont know what to do and I feel my self beginning to spiral. Any advice as to why can I do or how do I bring up how I'm feeling what do I say. Because it's been so long and we never really talked about it when we dis try it was a screaming match. But I feel I need some closure or this is going eat what's left of me up.

I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...
