i've not preggo but i've been on prenatal's for a while now. my dr. said i should add more vitamins into my diet. especial vitamin B6. does anyone else take B6? other than lengthening your LP what else is suppose to do?

one lady told me on the m/c site that she took it and it may have prevented her m/c she took it alng with a baby aspirin.

Hi.. I take B6 and have been for a while. It increases your energy and metabolism levels.. and helps prevent bloating. I love it! Although I don't know if it has helped or hurt in any way...I have had 2 unsuccessful rounds of IUI. Who knows.

my RE has us take prenatal vitamins and I get one that includes B6 - I read somewhere that this is important, but now I can't remember why - sorry!

Only b6 i get is in my energy drink . I love those things. Good info though thanks.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
