Sorry but I am beyond words right now. I had my FET on Monday. Only one of two embryos thawed. Okay...I can live with that. Had the transfer. Everything went smoothly. Get the phonecall in the afternoon about my bloodwork. Told my progesterone level is too low to support a pregnancy. Doesn't make sense...took the meds exactly as directed. Talking to the nurse, it turns out I was instructed INCORRECTLY and told to administer the wrong dose of progesterone. I was taking ONE TENTH of what I needed b/c the nurse instructed me incorrectly. In a nutshell, I cannot support a pregnancy based on my progesterone level which means my last embryo was WASSTED as well as the money we spent. This was my LAST chance to try to conceive and it is RUINED b/c of a nurse giving me incorrect information. And there is NOTHING I can do.

OH, I am so sorry!!! If that was me I would be up there at that doctor's office demanding an explanation!!! That should NOT have happend!!!! Don't give up!

Oh no that's SOOOO frustrating for you!! You poor thing. I can imagine you going "ARGGGGH!" That's what I'd be doing anyway. I hope that you are ok. At least you did everything correctly that you were meant to do and unfortunately someone else stuffed up. It might not help you much but you did everything you could.

Beat up a cushion or something!!!

They have to do something about it because you spent you money for nothing and it was their fault.. dont give up and make them do something about it.... they could do one for free becuase it was the nurse's irresosability.

There is something that you can do.... take that frustration out on the doc. Demand that he see you and that he give you another treatment. It is due to his incompetent nurse that this transfer isa bust.

If he refuses, report him to the medical board.

I'm sorry this happened to you but we have to stand up for ourselves when it comes to our medical issues. Good luck!

Hi,

I am not a USA resident so I don't know what your options are. I would try to see if they can give you another treatment for free since you were given the wrong instructions. Praying for you and yours.

I'd be more than upset. Knowing me I would call the RE and ask for a free or discounted cycle. Maybe they'll work with you because they messed up! I'm so sorry!

Oh honey I am SO so Sorry that this is happening to you. I ca not even fathem how upset you must be. I would call and speak with the dr. and demand some sort of explination for why his nurse would give you incorrect information, that caused you not to get pregnant.

That is terrible. I fell so pissed for you. I would have a meeting with the doctor in charge. He should do something for you. At the very least, refund your money. I wish you the very best.

That is crazy! I would be furious. Hopefully they can help you out with another cycle "on them" and it will result in a BFP for you. Hang in there!

I am so sorry you are going through this. I would demand the dr's office to help. It was their mistake and they should take responsibility for it. I would not take no for an answer. That was your money and your baby they wasted for you. I would fight. Sorry, I kinda souns snippy. Reading this just really upset me. If they were in your shoes you know they would be upset and disqusted. Good luck and keep us posted. Have a nice 4th.

That is unimaginable. I'm can't even start to understand how you must feel. I think that the Dr. should make some time of exception on money or do it again for free or something. That was their fault and should be retified. Wishing you all the best, try to keep your head up and lean on all this support here for you.
